For over five years Marshall Bailey has been intricately involved with the Charlotte, NC real estate market. Years ago a number of successful personal investments paid off and instilled Marshall with a passion for buying and selling real estate. Now he passes on his insider knowledge to you.

Though originally from upstate New York, Marshall has been living in the Charlotte, NC area for half a decade and was a long-time visitor before then. You could say that Charlotte got “under his skin.”

Before starting his own real estate firm, Carolina Realty Source, in 2007, Marshall worked at two other real estate companies where he rose to the top quickly, using his vast knowledge of investment properties and experience with general contractors. Now you have the opportunity to take advantage of his experience firsthand.

Personally, Marshall enjoys various outdoor activities including hiking, camping, swimming, ice hockey, the beach and the mountains.
